Returns & Exchanges
The Change Project is happy to offer no hassle returns, on all products returned in original condition.
If you are not sure of the condition of your item, please note below:
- We cannot accept item(s) that have been washed.
- We cannot accept item(s) that are covered in human/animal hair.
Send us an email to email@example.com, include a note detailing your order number, and what you want to be exchanged/refunded. We do ask for you to give us 24 to 48 hours to respond to your email. All returns must be made to the following address:

To return or exchange an item, simply return the item to us in their “original condition” within 14 days of receipt. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Also, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For purchases after 14 days of receipt, no refunds are issued and you may receive store credit or exchange for a different item.
When returning your item, please include your name, order #, and whether or not you would like to exchange for another item or receive a refund. Send the item(s) to the address stated above.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel item(s) are damaged or defective in any way, email us and we will replace them within 14 calendar days.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the damaged item. If your package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to replace your items.
